The hotel had rooms located along a corridor and down four flights of stairs, made of materials unaffected by humidity. The service was pleasant with construction materials readily available. The location felt like a tropical rainforest, close to the North Shore of Kaua'i. The dining experience included marinated fish, and the facilities were convenient for guests.

The hotel rooms were very spacious and clean, offering a great location on the property. However, the windows have screens that close with layered wooden slats, which doesn't provide effective soundproofing. Despite this, the rooms are comfortable and enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is truly amazing, with easy access to a beautiful beach where you can watch the sunset. It's a relaxing spot to return to after exploring the attractions and beaches of Kauai's north shore. Additionally, it's close to Princeville shops and offers easy access to Ke'e Beach and Hanakapiai Beach trail.

There was some inconvenience with construction materials being visible en route to the room, which was a minor letdown. Despite the behind-the-scenes activity, the room space itself was a good size.
